How can I make a new nickname?

Go to the main menu and choose "Sign out" then click "Create new profile" hyperlink.

Why can't I sign on to Camfrog?

Camfrog Mobile needs an Internet connection to function. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and try again. If this is not enough, there is most likely a firewall preventing Camfrog Mobile from functioning somewhere in the network between your PDA and the Internet.

Someone on Camfrog said they were the Camfrog admin and they wanted me to give them my: credit card, pro code, photo, etc...

Camfrog admins will not ever ask you for these things or communicate with you via IM. Camfrog should only be dealt with via the email address on our contact page.

My password was stolen can you give me my nickname back?

If your nickname is stolen please register a new one. To avoid having your nickname stolen pick a password with letters and numbers and capital and lower case letters. Here is an example secure password: he1100THERE. Do not use this password of course, please make your own.

How can I change my sex or birthday?

It is not possible to do this. You can register a new nickname by going to your contact list then Menu/Sign out. Then tap "Create new profile" hyperlink.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

Visit our Forgot password page or tap "Forgot password" hyperlink on the sign in screen of the application.

How can I change my password?

Look under the "Options" menu in the Profile Viewer of Camfrog Mobile.

How can I change or delete my profile?

Tap "Edit profile" hyperlink in Profile Viewer. You can then delete out all of your information. If you don't logon for 90 days your nickname will be deleted.

Camfrog will not install on my device.

Camfrog Mobile requires a PDA with Windows Mobile 5.0 or later with touchscreen. Devices with Windows Mobile 6.x Standard are not supported. Recommended screen resolution: 240x240, 240x320, 480x480, 480x640. Free space necessary for CAB installer download is 1.4MB. Free space for installation 2.2MB. Free space necessary for installation from PC using MSI installer is 2.5MB (Microsoft ActiveSync is required).

A person is harassing me through instant messages.

Click "Menu" in contacts list then choose "Blocked users" and add this user to the list. This user will not be able to see your availability and send you instant messages.

I found a profile with an inappropriate photo. How can I report it?

Please report it to us so we can delete that account.

How can I make Camfrog remember my password?

Check "Sign me in automatically" before you sign on next time. Your password will be saved until you uncheck this option.
